On my list of qualified buyers searching for real estate in Nova Scotia is a mature semi-retired couple who are very anxious to find a minimum two bedroom, one bath home within an hour of metro. The most important criteria is that this home must also have a large partly wooded acreage. The condition of the home is not of particular importance except that it must, at the very least be livable. Existing outbuildings, a small amount of cleared land, and privacy would be wonderful bonuses. They may also consider building if a suitable parcel of land is found.
